CORNWALL BOYS’ CHOIR COMMITTEE

FIRST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TUESDAY 14TH OCTOBER @ 5.15pm (as the boys rehearse)

Truro School Prep Dining Hall

Parents are warmly invited to attend and elect the next committee to help support the running of Cornwall Boys’ Choir.

During the meeting the old committee will report on the choir’s first year, the steps taken towards charitable status and proposals for the year to come.

The committee will then invite nominations for the formation of the new committee. The positions for nomination are:

Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer + three other committee members.

Some of the existing committee will be standing again, however, the positions of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary are uncontested at the moment.

The committee meets once a month at the, The Old Ale House in Truro on a Thursday evening at 5.30pm.
